Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Chicken Broth We like to use Bone Broth for added immunity!
  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast Boneless & Skinless, chopped into small pieces.
  • 2 Long Carrots peeled, sliced, and chopped.
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 24 oz Egg Noodles about 1 pack

Herbs & Seasonings

  • 1 TBS Thyme
  • 1 TBS Rosemary
  • to taste Salt & Pepper About 2 tsp of each

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer.
  •  Add the chicken breast and cook until it's no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken, shred it with forks into small pieces, and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics

  • In the same pot, add a touch of olive oil and sauté the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until they become tender and fragrant over medium heat.

Build the Base

  • Pour the chicken broth back into the pot with the sautéed vegetables.
  • Add the shredded chicken, thyme, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Let the flavors meld as the soup simmers.
